How can I book a session?

To make a reservation, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining amount can be paid using the original payment method or in cash on the day of our session. If there is any charge for sending the money, this must be paid by the customer.

How long until I get the photos?

48 hours after the photo session, you will receive the photos in low quality. You will have 10 days to select your photos. If you do not do so within that period, we will choose the photos for you.
Once you have chosen the photos, you will receive them edited within an additional 7 days.
If you prefer, you can pay an additional fee to receive the photos within 2 days (USD $10) or within 24 hours (USD $20).

 

Can I purchase additional photos?

Yes, each extra photo costs USD $5.

 

How do I get the photos?

The photos will be delivered via a WeTransfer link. They will remain available for 7 days. If you do not download the photos during this period, you can request them to be re-uploaded within the following 30 days after the original photo delivery date.

 

Am I able to change the date of my reservation?

You can reschedule the session as many times as needed up to 7 days before the photo session. From 7 days prior, you can reschedule up to 3 times, except within 24 hours prior to the session. If rescheduling is necessary within the last 24 hours, an additional fee of 5% of the total agreed cost will apply.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, PayPal, Wise, USDT, BTC, and USDT.

Do you accept payments in Argentine pesos?

Yes, we accept Argentine pesos. The exchange rate used is the "blue dollar" rate on the day.

Is there insurance coverage for my belongings?

No, we do not have insurance. The responsibility for the care of belongings lies with the customer.

You can schedule the session up to 24 hours in advance, although this may vary depending on availability.

Can I request printed copies of the photos?
