Confirmation Process
The service will be confirmed once the client makes a payment of a 50% deposit of the total amount corresponding to the selected package. Otherwise, confirmation will not be possible.
Cancellations
You can cancel the confirmed service up to 72 hours before its start time. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, you will not be entitled to a refund, except in cases of illness or injury. In that case, you can request a 100% refund by presenting a medical certificate, without exception. For last-minute bookings, the same policy applies, with the difference that you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the service begins at no additional charge, subject to availability. In any case, if you are entitled to a refund, it will be deducted from the platform fee where you made the payment.
Final Photos
Under no circumstances will I provide unedited photos or RAW files; editing of the final photos is based solely on color correction. If you desire additional retouching, an additional fee will apply depending on the complexity of the work, and this can be discussed.
Wait Tolerance
We will wait a maximum of 20 minutes. If the client does not show up within 20 minutes, they will forfeit their refund and the service. To avoid this, we recommend checking the travel time to the meeting point in advance and taking a taxi if necessary.
Bad Weather
The location may be changed to a covered area if agreed upon by the guest or rescheduled for another day; last-minute modifications are possible. If you are unable to reschedule due to your travel itinerary and the service is canceled due to bad weather, you will receive a 100% refund, minus the platform fee, if applicable.
